Business Analyst

Business Analyst (Mid/Senior) Join our team as a Business Analyst and execute projects for clients from various industries. We are looking for an experienced individual who can effectively collaborate with business and technical teams, and independently lead requirements analysis. Role - Business Analyst Collaboration model - remote or hybrid (preference for availability in our offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Rzeszów) + occasional client visits in Poland Cooperation form – B2B Your responsibilities: conducting online and onsite meetings with stakeholders, identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, preparing project documentation, developing test scenarios, close collaboration with the Project Manager and the development team, delivering solutions aligned with clients' business needs. Our requirements: minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (we are looking for specialists at Mid/Senior level), very good knowledge of BPMN and/or UML notation, experience working with process and diagram modeling tools (e.g., draw.io, Bizagi Modeler, Lucidchart/Lucid.app, Microsoft Visio – Webcon Designer Desk is a plus), practical knowledge of Jira, experience with low-code solutions, highly developed communication and analytical skills, independence, meticulousness, and attention to detail. Nice to have: practical knowledge of English enabling collaboration with international clients, experience in analyzing projects based on the WEBCON platform, ability to create interface mockups (Figma, Lucid.app, Webcon Designer Desk), knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Codex. An additional advantage will be: experience working in an international environment, certificates related to the WEBCON platform.
