Our expectations At least 8 years of relevant professional IT experience Minimum 5 years of proven project experience in a similar position or profile At least bachelor’s degree Minimum C1 level proficiency in English (certification is an advantage) At least 2 certifications among: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of a project, from initiation to delivery, and has experience in working with stakeholders, defining requirements, developing solutions, and implementing changes. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
