Location: Canada (Remote)
Eligibility: Canadian Citizens | Permanent Residents | Open Work Permit Holders
Pay Range: $40-$65 CAD per hour

- Professionals with experience or academic exposure in business analysis, operations, HR, finance, payroll, or enterprise applications
- Individuals interested in working with large-scale business systems such as ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms
- Strong communicators who can convert business conversations into clear, actionable documentation
- Detail-oriented thinkers with a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Candidates with prior experience in functional analysis, system support, or reporting will be an added advantage
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational needs.
- Translate business objectives into functional specifications and system requirements.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
- Support enterprise system implementations and enhancements by collaborating with technical teams.
- Develop analysis deliverables such as:
- Business and functional requirement specifications
- Workflow diagrams and operational models
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist in testing phases including UAT and post-deployment validation.
- Support data reviews, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Help create user documentation, training content, and adoption materials.
- Participate in change initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Track system updates and suggest optimizations that enhance business performance.
