timpla drives digitalization forward! We are seeking a Business Analyst who analyzes business requirements, optimizes processes, and strengthens our interdisciplinary team.

Your focus lies on developing technical and functional specifications as well as accompanying the implementation of digital solutions in our system landscape (CRM, ERP, MES, BI, etc.).

In addition, we are looking for innovative ways to integrate automations, data analyses, and intelligent processes into our digital solutions.

This builds upon

• Degree in (Business-) Informatics or comparable qualification
• Mult-year experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Knowledge of relevant systems (CRM, ERP, PPS, MES, BI) as well as AI technologies or automation solutions
• Experience in requirements management & collaboration with IT teams
• Analytical thinking & experience in test- & release-management
• Communication strength, innovation enthusiasm & affinity for future technologies
