We are ZWW Deutschland. We connect SMEs, agencies, and consultants with government funding programs that hardly anyone knows about. Our team is growing and we are looking for someone to support us in our strategic work with our clients from abroad. In German, on equal footing, with a clear head and a good feel for business models.

With us, you will work directly with entrepreneurs and consultants. You will analyze existing offerings and business models, conduct structured conversations, and help our clients position their services more clearly, strategically, and in a way that qualifies for funding.

Tasks

• You will conduct structured conversations with entrepreneurs and work with them on their existing offerings.
• You will analyze business models, services, and sales structures and quickly identify where something is still unclear or not properly structured.
• You will get to the heart of complex discussions and translate the results into a clear structure.
• You will further develop consulting services, methods, and product modules together with our clients.
• You will structure existing services in such a way that they result in comprehensible consulting offers with clear goals, procedures, and outcomes.
• You will prepare the results of the conversations cleanly and develop concrete strategic recommendations from them.
• You will delve deeply into our ZWW system and the requirements surrounding funded business consulting.

Qualifications

• German at a very good level. You can explain complex issues clearly and formulate precisely.
• You think analytically and structurally and quickly recognize interrelationships.
• You can actively lead conversations and ensure that a concrete result is achieved at the end.
• You feel comfortable in conversations with entrepreneurs and can also ask critical questions.
• You understand business models, sales, and corporate structures, or you quickly familiarize yourself with new industries.
• Experience in business consulting, strategy, project work, or moderating client discussions is a plus.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field fits the role well, but is not a must.
