6-month initial CONTRACT with potential extensions
Hybrid working arrangement (2-3 days in Melbourne CBD)
Daily Rate: $950 (inc SUPER)
Start date: Jan 2026

ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking a Business Analyst with strong Cyber Security experience and an active NV1/Baseline clearance to support security uplift initiatives across a highly regulated environment. You'll work with business and technical teams to define requirements, assess risks, and help deliver secure, resilient solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Gather, analyse, and document business and security requirements.
Assess cyber processes, risks, and gaps across systems and controls.
Support threat modelling, risk assessments, and security uplift activities.
Translate business needs into clear specifications for delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops and maintain process maps, user stories, and documentation.
Ensure alignment with security standards, governance, and compliance obligations.

MORE ABOUT YOU

NV1/Baseline Clearance (essential).
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity or secure environments.
Solid understanding of cyber principles, risks, controls, and security frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
Ability to work across multidisciplinary security and technology teams.
