Business Analyst Consumer Finance (Auto Finance)

Dutch, Spanish or other European nationality living inside Netherlands Job Summary: We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to be part of Santander Consumer Finance team with a specific focus on the auto sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the consumer banking business, particularly in the auto segment, and will be adept at translating business and functional needs to technical teams. This role requires residency in Netherlands and going to the office in Utrecht. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities, and will work closely with the IT department to develop and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and will be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. The role also requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
