Business Analyst

Together with our Partner, a leader in the insurance industry, we are looking for an experienced specialist to implement projects as a Business Analyst. You will provide services in a project that involves the development of an internal web application for the Group of a leader in the reinsurance industry, supporting the management of insurance terms portfolio. From creation, through versioning, to approval of product terms used by Group companies. The system is developed agilely by an international team, hosted in AWS and integrated with internal systems via REST API. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Preparation of user stories along with acceptance criteria and their presentation and discussion with project stakeholders, using knowledge of agile methodologies. Analysis of problems and requests reported by the internal client, including identification of causes and recommendation of solutions. Gathering, analyzing, and developing business requirements based on agreements with project stakeholders in Poland and Germany. Development of process and flow diagrams (e.g., BPMN/UML) supporting communication between business and the IT team. Development and maintenance of functional and process documentation for the product (excluding strictly technical documentation). REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focused on business analysis. Independence in work, including experience as the sole Analyst in the team. Knowledge of REST API at the level of cooperation with the development team. Ability to model business processes. Knowledge of Confluence and Azure DevOps. Service delivery remotely. English language - C1.
