Job description
Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze business processes and data to identify compliance risks and develop recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement compliance monitoring and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compliance training programs. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure that all compliance-related activities are properly documented and recorded. Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development of training programs and materials to educate employees on compliance-related topics. Ensure that all compliance-related activities are properly documented and recorded.
