Business Analyst CAD/CAM

Finders SA Company Description For a leading industrial company in the luxury sector, we are looking for several CAD/CAM Business Analysts (M/F) within the Information Systems division. At the heart of the digital transformation of industrial activities, you will be responsible for the functional management of an application scope related to either programming and control (CAM) or digital design and modeling (CAD). You will ensure the alignment between business needs and IT solutions, while guaranteeing the consistency of the digital product development chain. Role & Responsibilities - Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs in the CAM or CAD domains. - Support business departments in defining their processes and propose adapted solutions. - Identify and recommend software solutions consistent with the IS strategy (integration, standardization, rationalization). - Guarantee the continuity and performance of the digital chain throughout the product development cycle. - Manage application evolutions in collaboration with software publishers and external partners. - Ensure the operational maintenance of applications within your scope. - Coordinate interactions with internal teams (infrastructure, security, network, client workstations). - Participate in CAD/CAM tool transformation and optimization projects. - Document processes, standards, and best practices. Candidate Profile - Engineering degree with a specialization in industrial computing, mechanical engineering, or production engineering. - At least 5 years of experience in application management or administration in an industrial environment. - Proficiency in at least one of the following tools: - METROLOG (Metrologic Group) for CAM environments - CREO (PTC) for CAD environments - Solid understanding of the challenges related to the product digital chain (PLM, application integration, data flows). - Experience in integrating software solutions in an industrial IT/OT environment. - Good analytical, synthesis, and prioritization skills. - Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, suppliers). - Good command of English (minimum B2).
