About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst passionate about processes, data, and automation, who will directly contribute to modernizing our operations. If you enjoy understanding how a system works in depth, finding straightforward solutions, and also bringing out-of-the-box ideas, you are the person we are looking for.
What We're Looking For
- Completed or ongoing university studies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced PC proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Good SQL knowledge
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, results-oriented
- English language – good level (written and spoken)
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic context with strict deadlines
Advantageous
- Experience with automation/workflow tools (KNIME, RPA, Power Platform, BPMN)
- Experience in the financial-banking sector or debt collection
- Agile methodologies, experience with Jira / SharePoint
- AI tools (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, conversational assistants)
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Load client databases within the established deadlines and conditions, ensuring all data is correct and complete
- Support collection activities by setting up and modifying system data, accurately and on time
- Provide support to management for IT requirements (non-hardware) – new functionalities, configurations in main applications, adhering to legal norms and internal rules and procedures
- Ensure the correct functioning of company applications, in collaboration with IT departments and external IT service and software providers
- Configure and manage the Kollecto+ platform (client settings, rules, communication tools, access rights)
- Capture and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and test developments
- Create reports and analyses (Excel, SQL) and validate data accuracy
- Analyze processes, propose and participate in implementing improvements, automations (KNIME, Power Automate, RPA), and applied AI initiatives
