Business Analyst / Business Architect (9 Months)

The Company We are supporting a well-established financial services organisation and seeking a Business Analyst or Business Architect for a 9-months project. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role sitting within a wider transformation team, not a project management or transformation leadership position, but a critical one. If you have solid BA or business architecture experience, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and take pride in clear, well-structured documentation, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. You should also be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing business cases, conducting stakeholder analysis, identifying process improvements, and creating detailed documentation.
