Business Analyst

Project description: working in an agile team focused on the development and maintenance of the KYC (Know Your Customer) area in a bank; collaboration within multidisciplinary teams working in the SCRUM methodology; close cooperation with business, architect, and the development team. Your role in the team: identifying business needs at the system user level and proposing solutions; defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within the project; creating analytical and design documentation; describing business processes using BPMN; identifying and documenting business rules and algorithms; creating data models at the business level; close cooperation with business, architect, and development teams; participation in projects related to the development and implementation of new functionalities in banking systems; documenting project work; verifying key documents prepared within projects; working in an agile team using the SCRUM methodology. Work mode: hybrid – work from the office in Wrocław twice a month. Knowledge level and qualifications: minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large projects in financial organizations; higher technical, economic, or banking education; knowledge of banking products and processes; experience in projects related to the implementation of new functionalities in banking systems; good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML modeling techniques; knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect tools; analytical thinking skills, ability to draw conclusions and summarize information; communication and teamwork skills; independence, good work organization, and stress resistance; knowledge of English, spoken and written, at C1 level.
