Business Analyst

Job description

The overall objectives of a business analyst are to review and analyze current and proposed business operations. Oftentimes, these professionals review financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs) and other key metrics, then consider options for improvement. Business analysts assess the overall effectiveness of a business and its departments to devise solutions to problems.

NOTE : THE SUCCESFULL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SPEND TWO WEEKS AT THE HEADOFFICE IN UAE (Dubai)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in product, marketing, compliance, and customer service.
Conduct market and competitor analysis within the iGaming space (casino, sports betting, etc.).
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Work closely with product owners and development teams to prioritize features and monitor progress. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, player behavior, game performance, and campaign outcomes.
Perform A/B testing and player segmentation to identify monetization and retention strategies.
Assist in regulatory compliance reporting, fraud monitoring, and risk analysis.
Responsible for financial management /cost within departments
Support strategic decisions with actionable insights derived from data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the iGaming or digital entertainment sector.
Strong understanding of iGaming products, such as online casino, sports betting, and player lifecycle.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
