Business Analyst

Business Analysis (Primary – 80%) Requirements Elicitation & Management Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users, government officers, and vendors. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements. Produce high-quality artifacts (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mappings, interface specs). Ensure requirements traceability from business needs to implementation and testing. Manage requirement changes within governance and change control procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions. Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.
