Business Analyst - Banking Regulation & Reporting (w/m/d)

In your professional role as Meldewesenspezialist:in & Business Analyst:in, you analyze and design processes around the supervisory and statistical reporting. You work at the interface between departments and IT, create requirements, accompany technical implementation, and bring your knowledge from the field of banking regulation actively into play.

Tasks

• You advise and design independent agile IT projects and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Taking on, analyzing, and managing requirements are among your key tasks, as well as coordinating with departments and development.
• You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes.
• You maintain a partnership-based cooperation & open communication with our customers.

Qualification

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst:in in the banking sector, including statistical reporting (especially BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
• Fundamental methodological & conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methods.
• A self-reliant and communicative working style that allows you to proactively drive projects forward.
• Idealistically, you have already implemented IT projects for regulatory requirements.
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1).
