Business Analyst

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in digital transformation programs, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, program management, and business readiness activities. Familiarity with Agile frameworks, as well as tools such as JIRA and Confluence, is preferred. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies is essential, along with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Lead change impact assessment – determining business readiness activities. Identify and prioritize key initiatives for digital transformation. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the program lifecycle. Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions. Provide recommendations on process improvements and best practices. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate with IT teams for technical requirements and solutions. Provide guidance on program governance and oversight. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
