What you need to have to succeed in this role Solid knowledge on Counterparty Credit Risk methodologies and risk measures like Potential Future Exposure (PFE), Credit Value Adjustment (CVA) and Risk Weighted Asset (RWA). Excellent in written and spoken English and can communicate comfortably in full English environment. Excellent analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines/projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge. Good understanding of financial markets and instruments, such as derivatives, bonds, and loans. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to use them for data analysis and reporting. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
