WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU?

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT projects, business analysis or as a Product Owner - preferably banking/financial services.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: PFM (personal finance management), mobile banking, security (identification and authorization), investments, CRM, insurance, VASs (value-added services) bank, credit cards, accounts, onboarding customer, deposits and savings, joint family banking.
• Communicativeness and ability to cooperate with a development team, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• English language at the B2 level (work with documentation and communication in the project).
• Familiarity with the work cycle within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Precision, good organization of work, ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Excel, PowerPoint.

We are looking for a person together with our Partner, one of the largest banks in Poland, for the position of Business Analyst to a strategic project developing a modern mobile banking application. The project includes designing and implementing functional features that meet real customer needs, with emphasis on security, usability, and optimizing financial processes.
