Business Analyst - apprenticeship

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth of our brands. Responsibilities: • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand development; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and strategies for new product launches; • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights on market positioning; • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers; • Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed; • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of consumer goods. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
