Business Analyst- AI & Data Analytic

An experienced Business Analyst to drive the data and AI transformation initiatives, focusing on:

• Developing AI/LLM solutions for financial analysis and automation
• Creating comprehensive business intelligence solutions using Tableau and modern analytics tools
• Managing and optimising complex data pipelines and analytics workflows
• Leveraging enterprise systems data, including Workday and Adaptive Planning

This role combines expertise in AI technologies, data analytics, and BI development to support our Finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong capabilities across data science, AI solution design, and business intelligence implementation.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in data analytics and AI/LLM implementations in financial services
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
• Expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualisation
• Experience in developing and deploying LLM applications
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale data projects
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and AI/ML services
• Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning systems is advantageous
