Business Analyst Hybrid, London 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) £475-£490 My client, a leading financial institution, is searching for a AEM Business Analyst to help support a major digital transformation programme focused on delivering personalised content throughout their mobile app. We're looking for an AEM Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management and light delivery skills to help shape and deliver this project. What You'll Be Doing Gathering and refining business & technical requirements, working closely with the development team to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the end-users. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and expectations, and developing a deep understanding of the AEM platform and its capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business • Gathering and refining business & technical requirements through workshops, interviews and other means • Collaborating with the development team to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the end-users • Providing guidance on the use of AEM features and functionality to support the delivery of the project • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the project • Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget. What We're Looking For: • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of working with senior stakeholders across a range of functions • Experience of working on digital transformation projects, preferably using AEM • Light delivery skills, with an understanding of how to shape and deliver a project • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with the AEM platform and its capabilities.
