Business Analyst (1 Year Contract)

FWD Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that meet those needs. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to meet those needs; • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; • Providing analytical support to inform business decisions; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with business initiatives; • Developing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
