Job description
Job responsibilities:
- Implementation of projects in collaboration with marketing teams from 21 countries around the world, as well as the METRO Group central office in Düsseldorf.
- Analysis and preparation of reports on marketing activities and customer-related matters.
- Collaboration with the Data Science team.
- Automation of CRM processes (Adobe Journey Optimizer).
- Data visualization creation (Looker Studio / MicroStrategy).
- Participation in developing tools and processes for managing communication with customers, including defining requirements for new functionalities.
- Data integration from multiple sources.
- Ensuring high-quality processing and reporting of information.
