Business Analist / Projectmanager

We are looking further, and therefore we are seeking an experienced Business Analist / Projectmanager who wants to build applications, middleware solutions, data, and AI projects for SMEs and larger organizations.

Someone who can quickly switch between client and IT team, asks the right questions, and keeps our projects sharp from intake to delivery and customers.

Requirements

What you do

• You analyze business nodes and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• You guide application-, integration-, data-, and AI-projects from A to Z.
• You work as a link between client, developers, and stakeholders.
• You ensure structure, follow-up, and transparent communication.
• You think about process improvements and the right digital choices.
• You are resident in Belgium because regular customer visits are a MUST.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or functional analyst.
• Strong in communication and asking the right questions.
• You understand how application building, middleware, and data architectures work.
• You understand how a company and corporate politics work.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• You have a natural drive to help customers forward.
