Business Analist IT (Dutch speaking only)

In a forward-thinking public organization, hard work is being done to modernize internal information provision. As a Business Analyst, you are the connecting link between business and IT. You identify needs, translate these into concrete solutions, and ensure overview, direction, and priority. You will work on digitalization issues, process improvement, and implementations that have an impact on internal business operations.

What will you do?

• Picking up, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear solutions.

• Prioritizing wishes and initiatives and steering towards a structured implementation.

• Serving as a point of contact for the Internal Business Operations domain.

• Advising and supporting during implementation trajectories and change projects.

• Improving collaboration between stakeholders at all levels.

• Focusing on standardization, process optimization, and digitalization.

• Intensively collaborating with architects, process designers, functional management, and service management.

Where will you work?

• A hybrid, complex environment with many stakeholders and various change requests.

• A small, tight team that values collaboration and self-reliance.

• You will work on themes such as DMS research, implementations, IV management, process improvements, and legislative changes.

Your profile

• HBO work and thinking level.

• Experience within a large user organization.

• Knowledge of IV, business processes, organizational knowledge, and ICT.

• Pré: experience with SCOPAFIJTH analyses.
