Freelance Business Analyst

We are looking for a freelance Business Analyst who will help us optimize our internal processes and systems. In this role, you are responsible for analyzing business needs and translating these needs into practical solutions. As a bridge between different teams, you ensure that projects run smoothly and that the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders are exceeded.

Your responsibilities include:

• The collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• The performance of analyses and the preparation of reports to map out the performances of processes.
• The advising of teams on efficient work methods and improvement opportunities.
• The support in implementing new systems and processes.
• The functioning as a point of contact for questions about current systems and processes.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an analytical and communicative professional who can empathize with the needs of the company and is able to turn these needs into clear solutions. You work proactively and have a strong problem-solving ability.

Do you meet the following criteria?

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (such as business administration, computer science, or another analytical field).
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a dynamic environment.
• You are familiar with various analysis methods and techniques, including data analysis.
• You have experience working in multidisciplinary teams and can communicate well with different stakeholders.
• You have a strong technical insight and can handle software and system implementations.
• You master both Dutch and English exceptionally well, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management methods (such as Agile or Scrum) is a plus.
