Business Advisory Manager

They’re now looking to bring in an experienced Manager to help support continued growth and team development, offering the kind of long-term opportunity many experienced accountants are looking for.

About the Role:

You’ll take ownership of a client portfolio and be responsible for reviewing compliance work, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. This is a hands-on role with a clear need for someone who enjoys both the technical side of BAS work and leading others.

There’s flexibility to shape the role depending on your background. If you're a Senior Accountant with strong experience and ready to step up, they’re open to supporting that progression.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of BAS experience in a NZ Public Practice firm
• CA qualified (or on track)
• Confident reviewing work and mentoring others
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Familiarity with Xero and the Xero ecosystem
