Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and HNW clients across a range of sectors
• Review work completed by junior and intermediate accountants and provide mentoring
• Deliver value-added advisory services including cashflow forecasting, tax planning, and business structuring
• Build strong client relationships and act as their go-to business advisor
• Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with the latest legislation
• Collaborate with senior leadership on process improvements and team development

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years’ experience in a New Zealand public practice BAS environment
• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Excellent technical compliance knowledge across financial statements, tax, and GST
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Leadership experience or a desire to step into people management
• Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and cloud-based tools
