What will you do?

You behind the wheel of a bus. Can you picture it? You skillfully maneuver that large vehicle through the streets. From the hustle and bustle around Rotterdam Zuidplein to the narrow streets in Oud-Beijerland, no turn is too sharp, no intersection too busy for you. You have a friendly chat with your passengers and keep an eye on their safety and well-being. As a bus driver at Transdev - the largest mobility company in the Netherlands - no day is the same, and you will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility.

As a bus driver, you are the rock for our passengers. Safely and quickly, you bring your passengers where they need to be. They can count on you through thick and thin, and moreover, you give them a friendly smile and a warm welcome.

The work of a bus driver offers a lot of freedom. Of course, you have your fixed routes and times, but because you work alone, you must be able to work independently and responsibly. Basically, you are the boss in your own bus.

• Drive punctually and safely
• Take care of the passengers
• Have a customer-friendly attitude
• Are willing to work flexible shifts

What we offer you:

A good bus driver is social, independent, responsible, and stress-resistant. Safety is paramount in your work, followed closely by the care for your passengers. You find it pleasant to make a real contribution to society. A bit of humor and patience are also very welcome.

Furthermore, we ask:

• Driver's license D and Code 95 (or the willingness to obtain Code 95). Do you not have the right papers for this position? We are happy to look at the possibilities with you then.
• Living in the vicinity of Heinenoord
• Willingness to work in variable shifts

What do you bring?

At Transdev, you work in a team with a lot of social contact and responsibility. You drive in your own area and know your schedule a year in advance. In addition, we offer:

• Our trust: a permanent contract after 1 year of good performance;
• A salary between €2,876 and €3,934 per month;
• Monthly irregularity allowance of an average of €355, for full-time employment;
• 8% holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus of 1.15% and an annual gross payout of €400;
• Occasional rest: 24 to 29 vacation days, depending on your age;
• Extra days off: 17 or 26 ATV days, depending on your age and years of service;
• We take care of now and later: pension according to Rail & OV;
• Sustainable travel: a (electric) bicycle through Lease a Bike;
• Travel expenses reimbursement according to the CAO OV.

Do you already have a D driver's license and valid code 95? Then you will receive a €2,500 welcome bonus.
