Safely operate buses along designated routes across London

Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers

Maintain punctuality and adhere to the assigned timetable

Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and roadworthy before and after each shift

Handle passenger queries in a polite, professional manner

Follow all company and TfL operational standards

Full UK driving licence (Category D / PCV)

Valid Driver CPC qualification

Clean and safe driving record

Previous experience in professional driving is highly desirable

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexibly across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum basic education (GCSE level or equivalent)
