Your Tasks:

• You will process written correspondence
• You will manage the calendar
• You will determine the need and procure office supplies
• You will prepare conferences and seminars before and after
• You will organize business trips
• The preparation and follow-up of meetings and conferences are part of your tasks
• You will create presentations

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a training program in the commercial field
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in this or a comparable field
• You are familiar with SAP systems
• You have very good user knowledge of MS-Office programs
• You possess excellent written and spoken skills in German and are communicative
• Even in hectic times, you do not lose your overview
• You are a team player, reliable, and punctual
