For our open position as Office Clerk / Service Employee with Automotive Knowledge (m/f/d), we are looking for you! Start in the Branch Network Team and be responsible for carrying out car purchases, vehicle appraisals, and branch operations of our WKDA Purchasing Department. In this department, you will contribute to an outstanding sales experience in our branches. We at WKDA, represented with over 700 branches throughout Europe, are part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. Our free online appraisal and the broad network of branches offer private vehicle owners unique services for the smooth sale of their used car.

• Ensure a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers - you will support and advise our customers from the creation to the verification of all contract details.
• You are enthusiastic about all administrative tasks as well as working with and on the vehicle itself.
• Carrying out optical appraisals, vehicle deregistration, and preparation for our B2B and B2C business makes your day varied.
• Check the vehicle condition and create an electronic condition report using our in-house developed app, we buy almost every vehicle!

• Career changers with commercial experience are welcome!
• With your service orientation, you create a positive buying experience and take customer satisfaction to the next level.
• Automotive knowledge, e.g., through professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive painter, and/or as an automotive salesperson, or initial knowledge in vehicle appraisal is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours and openness as well as strong communication skills towards others.
• A 'Can-Do' attitude and you are eager for an automotive environment.
