Bullion Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong bullion market expertise to lead strategic initiatives in our Singapore office. The role requires end-to-end project management for bullion trading, operations, risk, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine project management skills with deep knowledge of the precious metals (gold, silver) business to drive process improvements, technology upgrades, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver bullion-related projects across trading, operations, technology, and compliance functions.
• Partner with stakeholders (Treasury, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage business process reengineering for bullion operations to ensure efficiency, automation, and control.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, and testing for bullion trading and settlement platforms.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
• Support regulatory initiatives related to MAS compliance, KYC/AML, and bullion import/export guidelines.
• Drive change management, UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in banking/financial services with bullion/precious metals domain expertise.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of bullion trading, settlement, and risk management.
• PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with treasury systems, trading platforms, and MAS regulations is an advantage.
