Function description Working in 2 shifts (alternating on a weekly basis): 1. Monday/Friday 05:00-14:00 and Friday off 05:00-12:00, 2. Monday/Friday 12:00-21:00 and Friday off 12:00-19:00, 38 hours/week – 1 hour break/day. Public holidays work (unless agreed otherwise) except for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
