Building Technician (m/w/d)
Job description
- You operate and maintain all technical facilities.
- The regular control of all technical facilities (ventilation, gas, compressed air, sanitary, electrical, building automation, climate, and heating technology) as well as the performance of minor repairs is part of your tasks.
- Coordinating maintenance work on technical facilities in accordance with the technical leadership, as well as supporting and monitoring maintenance work by external companies as needed, is part of your field of responsibility.
- You perform repair and maintenance work for the entire Freiberg site and document these.
- Ensuring the supply of necessary technical materials such as gases and consumables for technical facilities is part of your tasks.
- You actively participate in investment projects (including necessary changes to technical facilities, new installations, renovation work).
