This role involves managing the design, coordination, and installation of Mechanical and Electrical systems across high-density residential projects, ensuring quality and innovation at every stage. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, coordination, and installation of Mechanical and Electrical systems across multiple sites, working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: • Design and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical systems for high-density residential projects; • Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget; • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects; • Ensure quality and innovation at every stage of the project lifecycle; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
