Building Officer

• Leading Asset Management Company
• Work Location in Raffles Place
• AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Working in a team to provide first-level support to daily operations in security, housekeeping, landscapes, pest control, carpark operation, and building maintenance.
• Work closely with the Building Manager/Executives to provide building resolutions recommendations during the fit-out phase or when tenants escalate non-standard matters.
• Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
• Monitor CCTV, card access system, report any incidents or faults immediately.
• Attend and manage any emergencies on site.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec qualification in Facilities Management/Building/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Candidates with no experience welcome to apply (Training provided)
• Candidates with security background welcome too.
• Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform 12-hour shifts.
