• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and automation systems.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, cleaning, and security activities.
• Manage minor repairs in-house and coordinate with external contractors for larger projects.
• Monitor building performance and propose technical improvements.
• Supervise and guide technicians, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage maintenance budgets efficiently.
• Act as a technical liaison for tenants, addressing their building-related concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize building management.

We seek candidates with a technical degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in building or facility management. Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
