- Efficiently coordinating work of employees and subcontracting companies.

- Supporting operational departments in matters related to maintaining systems and building installations.
- Registering and managing infrastructure building defects,
- Performing minor repair tasks independently.
- Placing orders for consumable materials and services.
- Controlling inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
- Updating instructions, procedures, and other system documents.
