Building Maintenance Engineer

Ensure the availability of general services for buildings, under management, administration and supervision of maintenance plans for different systems at the site, coordinate, supervise and direct the human resource assigned to the site (Technicians/Workshops and external providers), manage, control and fulfill activities assigned to maintain general services of infrastructure and finishes of the building with the purpose of preserving the value of the site.
Follow up on compliance with government and legal regulations at the site according to the Federal Entity, ensuring state and federal regulations applicable to the operation of the infrastructure providing services to the site under FCM's responsibility.
