Building Helper

As a building helper, you will work full-time at an insulation company in the Ridderkerk region. You will work with a nice team and can count on a gross monthly salary of up to €3,000.

• Salaris between €2,500 and €3,000 per month;
• 25 vacation days;
• 8% vacation allowance;
• Travel expense reimbursement and opportunities for growth towards team leader;
• A 4-6 week induction period with training such as VCA certification.

As a building helper, you will start the day in Ridderkerk and go with your colleagues to various projects. You will support insulation work, ensure that all materials are available, and work closely with your team. After each task, you will make sure the workplace is tidy and process your work report via an iPad. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and, if proven suitable, grow into a team leader.

Our client is a leading insulation company with a cozy, informal working atmosphere. You will work in a team where camaraderie takes precedence, and after a hard day's work, there is time for relaxation with a game of pool or darts in the canteen.

Job requirements

• In possession of VCA basic (or willing to obtain);
• Driving license B or living in the immediate vicinity of Ridderkerk;
• Available from 06:45 am in Ridderkerk;
• Handy, eager to learn, and customer-oriented.
