Building Contracts Manager – Construction Industry
Job description
RPO Recruitment’s client, renowned and well established building contractor is currently seeking to employ a well-qualified and experienced Senior Contracts Manager who can join their team in Cape Town
Requirements:
- BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management
- Minimum 10-15 years’ extensive experience in a contracts management role
- Experience in the commercial, retail, education, leisure, industrial, and residential environment
- Pr CM registration with SACPCMP is advantageous
- Excellent technical skills and contractual knowledge with solid proficiency in CCS
