We are local manufacture of Granny Flats, Mobile Homes and Relocatable Site Offices. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Associate to join our team based in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne Victoria and support our ongoing growth and operations. About the Role: . Key Responsibilities/ Tasks Manage the production and installation of houses and granny flats and company projects Ensure suitability of site for installation through survey and site visits. Liase with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines as required Maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects, including site visits, inspections, and testing Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Collaborate with internal teams, including design, construction, and quality control to ensure project deliverables are met Provide technical support and guidance to team members as required Identify and report any defects or non-compliances with company policies and procedures.
