Full Time Site Supervisor (Building Associate) Required

Dundrum Civil Pty Ltd are currently seeking skilled and experienced full-time Site Supervisors to join our busy team.

To be successful for this opportunity, ideally you will be reliable and hardworking and hold the following:

Qualifications/Work Experience Required: Diploma (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Duties of the role will include:

• Supervising construction sites, and organising and co-ordinating the materials, plant and labour required.
• Assisting Management in planning and organisation of work programs.
• Reporting to management on issues requiring resolution and status of work programs.
• Liaison with engineers and other associated personnel on jobsites.
• Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice.
• Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.
• Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.
• Co-ordinating works programs.
• Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and Standards.
• Ensuring all plant services and maintenance schedules are adhered to and completed.
• Calculating costs and estimating time scales.
• Carrying out site safety audits.

Salary: $90,000 -$110,000 per annum
