Oxford Builders is a renowned construction company with a proven track record of delivering projects exceeding $230 million across Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New South Wales. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced building associate to join our team and support our ongoing growth and operations.

About the Role:

The building associate will oversee site operations, daily administrative functions, coordinate project documentation, and assist with compliance and legal matters. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Building Project Supervision – overseeing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications and building codes
• Contract Administration & Tendering – preparing tenders, reviewing variations and assisting in project documentation and reporting
• Site Diary and Record Keeping – maintaining daily logs, progress reports and compliance documentation.
• Work Health and Safety (WHS) - implementing site safety protocols, inductions and compliance with Australian Safety Standards.
• Construction Planning and Scheduling – coordinating trades, managing project timelines and sequencing works efficiently. Quality Assurance and Site Inspections – performing inspections to ensure materials, workmanship and methods meet required standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a similar site supervisor role Registered site supervisor (carpentry)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills Multilingual skills (especially fluent in Urdu and/or Hindi) are highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC 30220)
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) (CPC 40120)
• Diploma in Building and Construction (Building) (CPC 50220)

Our Offer:

• Base Salary $96,000 to the right candidate + super
