About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Building Analytics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms using programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into business processes and decision-making • Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows using tools like Apache Beam, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in analytics and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and products. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
