Budget & Forecast Analyst – Propulsion Systems

At SEGULA Technologies , we are seeking a highly analytical Budget & Forecast Analyst with deep expertise in the automotive sector. This role is critical to the financial health of our Propulsion Systems (Transmissions, Engines, etc.) division. You will be responsible for navigating the complexities of program life cycles, ensuring that financial execution aligns perfectly with allocated budgets through rigorous "Actual vs. Budget" consumption analysis. Key Responsibilities Program Life Cycle Management: Ensure accurate and timely tracking of project expenses against budgeted amounts; Identify and address any deviations from planned expenditures to maintain financial discipline. Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and reports for the Propulsion Systems division; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives. Budgetary Control: Monitor and control expenses against budgeted amounts; Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimize resource allocation. Stakeholder Management: Provide regular financial updates and insights to senior management, program managers, and other stakeholders; Foster open communication and collaboration to drive informed decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
