You make a visit to our bookstore something special – because you connect people with stories. Whether personal consultation, creative product presentation or simply an authentic smile: You ensure that our customers feel welcome and would like to come back again – regardless of whether they are looking for their next favorite book or just want to browse.

Your tasks with us

• You advise personally and with passion: You know the current book trends and share your knowledge gladly – whether novel, children's book or guidebook, you find something for every taste.

• You bring your genre strength in: You have a knack for certain theme worlds and share your enthusiasm – at the same time, you are open to new product lines.

• You design inspiring book worlds: You ensure with a keen sense of colors, themes, and structures that our floors remain lively.

• You set trends in the product range: You keep an eye on new releases and bring ideas for how we can maintain our selection as current, diverse, and customer-oriented.

• You use digital tools sovereignly: Whether order processing, inventory management or self-scanning – you work efficiently and digitally.

• You accompany customers also medially: You advise on e-reading, app offers or digital services with expertise and enthusiasm.

• You actively contribute to teamwork: You regularly exchange ideas with your team in the bookstore, support other departments and take responsibility for daily business.
