Bookkeeping Clerk (m/w/d) in Part-time

We are currently looking for a committed bookkeeping clerk (m/w/d) who will support our team and take responsibility in bookkeeping, organization, and inventory management.

Tasks

• Preliminary bookkeeping, incoming/outgoing goods, and cash
• Preparation of invoices based on assembly sheets and possibly preparation of offers
• Maintenance of customer-, supplier-, and material data in Lexware
• Reminder and monitoring of payment terms
• Repair requests via phone and email
• General office work and organizational support
• Inventory management: checking in and out of articles, inventory control

Qualification

• A commercial or bookkeeping education
• Relevant experience in office management, preliminary bookkeeping, and goods management
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
• Experience with MS Office and Lexware
• Friendly interaction with customers and suppliers
• Technical understanding and/or experience with forklift trucks, desirable
